Job Summary:
As the Food & Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the food and beverage operations for 3 outlets to ensure a consistently exceptional guest experience. You will lead a talented team of culinary and service professionals to deliver outstanding cuisine, impeccable service, and memorable dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop a high-performing food and beverage team
- Oversee menu development, procurement, and inventory management to maintain high standards of quality and consistency
- Ensure exceptional guest service by setting and enforcing service protocols, providing training, and leading by example
- Collaborate with other resort departments to align food and beverage offerings with the overall guest experience
- Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to optimize profitability
- Stay informed of industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance the food and beverage program
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior food and beverage management role at a luxury resort or hotel
- Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing service teams
- Exceptional customer service orientation and the ability to anticipate and exceed guest expectations
- Strong financial acumen and experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
- Passion and deep understanding of food and beverage trends
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Working Conditions
This is a full-time, permanent position that may require working irregular hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet the needs of our guests. The role also involves physical demands such as standing for extended periods, lifting, and walking throughout the resort property. Â There is desirable accommodations available for this position on site.
Compensation and Benefits:
This position offers a competitive target pay rate as well as a comprehensive benefits package and paid time off.
