Job Title: Dishwasher

About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with commercial dishwashing operations and the ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain a 3-compartment sink system.
- Use and monitor high-temperature dishwashers to ensure proper sanitation.
- Record and maintain temperature and pH logs in compliance with health and safety standards.
- Perform heavy-duty floor cleaning and general ware washing.
- Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance needs promptly.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.
Qualifications
- Must have a valid VSC (Vulnerable Sector Check) completed.
- Previous experience as a dishwasher in a commercial kitchen preferred.
- Knowledge of high-temp dishwashing equipment and sanitation processes.
- Ability to handle physical work, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Team player with good communication skills.
