Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional manner
- Take ownership of customer interactions and provide complete resolution
- Collaborate with internal teams, product managers, and partners to gather information and solve customer needs
- Provide updates on order status, check inventory, schedule returns, file shipping claims, and assist with billing inquiries
- Document all interactions in the system accurately and efficiently
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues, ensuring customers feel supported and valued
- Manage difficult conversations with professionalism, patience, and confidence
- Contribute to process improvements and support team success
Qualifications
- 2+ years of customer service experience in a phone/email contact center environment
- High school diploma or GED required
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal); bilingual in English and French is an asset
- Ability to handle performance-based/metric-driven work environments
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Proficient with Windows-based systems, digital phone systems, and CRM software
- Positive, team-oriented attitude with the ability to remain calm under pressure
