What You’ll Do

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of customer service professionals

Oversee end-to-end customer service operations in a high-volume environment

Manage escalated customer issues and ensure timely, effective resolution

Partner cross-functionally to deliver seamless customer experiences

Analyze service data and KPIs to drive continuous improvement

Implement and refine service processes, standards, and best practices

Deliver training and support team development initiatives
What You Bring

10+ years of progressive experience in customer service or customer-facing operations

4+ years of people management experience

Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

High attention to detail with strong analytical and Excel capabilities

Comfort working with CRM systems and modern digital tools

Ability to operate calmly and effectively in high-pressure situations
