They also engages in the development and management of retail, commercial, and residential properties.

About the Opportunity
We are seeking a senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Implementation Consultant to join a growing implementation practice. This person will play a key role in leading client implementations, bringing structure to delivery, and helping set the quality standard for future engagements. Based on the intake discussion, this is a high-priority hire and the client sees this person as an anchor for early delivery success.

This is a high-impact role for someone who knows how to lead ERP implementations in a professional, disciplined, and client-facing way. You will be responsible for driving requirements gathering, clarifying scope, producing documentation, supporting sign-off processes, and helping ensure projects are delivered clearly and successfully. The client wants someone dependable, polished, and able to work with very little hand-holding.

The ideal candidate has strong Microsoft Business Central implementation experience and comes from a consulting background where process, stakeholder management, and delivery rigor were critical. You should be comfortable working independently, guiding clients through implementation decisions, and operating with minimal oversight.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation engagements.
Gather and define business requirements.
Create clear project and scope documentation.
Support sign-offs and stakeholder alignment throughout delivery.
Reduce implementation risk by ensuring clarity between business and delivery teams.
Serve as a senior, polished client-facing consultant.
Help establish strong delivery standards for a growing practice.

Qualifications
Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
Proven ERP implementation consulting background.
Excellent requirements gathering and documentation skills.
Strong stakeholder communication and client-facing presence.
Able to work independently and with little hand-holding.
Bilingual is strongly preferred.
Experience from a structured consulting environment or larger consulting firm is a strong asset. The client specifically called out firms like RSM and EY as examples of the kind of rigor and deployment discipline they value.
