Condo Resort General Manager – Caribbean

General Manager – Caribbean Condominium Hotel Resort
We are seeking an experienced, well-rounded, and highly professional General Manager to lead a boutique condominium hotel resort in the Caribbean. This is a unique opportunity for a dynamic hospitality leader who can balance operational excellence, financial stewardship, and strong stakeholder engagement within an ownership-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements
•Demonstrated leadership experience within Caribbean resort environments
•Familiarity with condominium hotel or individually owned unit operations is preferred, though not essential
•Strong financial acumen, including experience managing both owner/strata budgets and hotel management company budgets
•Solid operational expertise, particularly within the Rooms Division

Oversight experience across the following functional areas is required:
•Front Office
•Housekeeping
•Engineering
•Security
•Pool and Beach Operations
•Information Technology
•Human Resources
•Ability to effectively operate within a structure where Food & Beverage and Spa services are outsourced
•Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships with unit owners, committee members, and board representatives
•Leadership style that is mature, diplomatic, credible, and solutions-oriented
•Experience leading established teams with a focus on collaboration, structure, and mutual respect
•Hands-on approach with strong attention to detail and commercial awareness
•Excellent communication skills, sound judgment, and a high level of professionalism
