About the Role: Field Service Technician – CNC Machinery
We are seeking 3 skilled Field Service Technicians to join a growing team supporting CNC machinery across Eastern Canada. This role is ideal for technicians with mechanical, millwright, or hydraulics experience looking to transition into a customer-facing field service position. You’ll respond to service calls, perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and diagnostics, ensuring our clients’ machines run efficiently and reliably.

Responsibilities: Field Service Technician – CNC Machinery (Lathe & Milling)

Respond to daily service calls; 70–80% of calls completed solo

Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs on CNC machinery

Manage service vehicle equipped with tools and parts shipped directly to client sites

Communicate effectively with clients, providing professional service and support

Travel to client locations daily and maintain a high standard of technical work
Technical Requirements / Skills: Field Service Technician – CNC Machinery

Mostly mechanical, some electrical

Hydraulics
-
Pneumatics
-
Alignment & leveling
-
CNC machinery experience (HAAS preferred)

troubleshooting and maintenance on mechanical systems

Customer-facing with excellent interpersonal skills

Able to work independently in a field service environment
Compensation & Benefits: Field Service Technician – CNC Machinery

Salary: Up to $80,000/year ($38.46/hour), higher for HAAS-specific experience

Overtime paid after 40 hours/week
