What You’ll Be Doing:

• Setting up and operating CNC laser machines to create high-quality parts with precision.
• Handling materials like a pro—operating a forklift to load and unload materials safely.
• Reading and interpreting shop drawings and blueprints to ensure every cut is perfect.
• Performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting to keep machines running smoothly.
• Keeping your workspace clean, organized, and efficient for top-notch production.

What You Bring to the Table:

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience with CNC laser machines—you know your way around the controls.
• Forklift operation skills to handle materials safely and efficiently.
• Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints—you see the details others might miss.
• A sharp eye for quality and accuracy—you take pride in getting it right the first time.
• A team player attitude with solid communication skills.
• A commitment to safety protocols and procedures—because safety comes first.
