Brand Ambassador
The Brand Ambassador represents the company in a positive and engaging way by promoting brand awareness, products, and services. They are responsible for creating memorable customer experiences, driving engagement, and supporting marketing or promotional initiatives in-store or at events.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement
- Act as the face of the brand at a local store
- Engage with customers in a friendly, professional, and energetic manner
- Educate customers about products, services, or promotions
- Create a positive and memorable customer experience
Brand Representation
- Maintain strong knowledge of the brand and key messaging
- Represent the company’s values and image at all times
- Ensure consistent brand presentation during all interactions
Event Support
- Assist with setup and breakdown of promotional activations (if applicable)
- Support event flow, customer traffic, and engagement activities
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth execution
