Fuze HR is seeking enthusiastic Customer Service Representatives to join our clients' team. The successful candidates will ensure the satisfaction of internal and external customers, respond to customer inquiries, and provide alternatives or solutions as needed.
Schedule:

Must be available Monday – Sunday ( scheduled 4 week days and 1 weekend day)

9am – 5pm and 12pm – midnight

Hybrid schedule
Key Responsibilities:

Work in a contact center, handling customer emails, live chats, and phone calls promptly and courteously.

Enhance brand loyalty by providing effective solutions for service issues in accordance with established policies.

Provide exceptional first-level technical and general support to stores.

Document, track, and follow through on all customer service interactions.

Support e-commerce sales with clear communication regarding products, promotions, returns, and exchange policies.

Identify opportunities to improve current customer service practices and systems.

Identify opportunities to increase brand loyalty.
-
Participate in special projects as required.
Requirements:
-
Availability to work flexible shifts including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Strong customer service orientation and passion for problem-solving.
-
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-
Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service role in a contact center environment.

Strong computer skills.
-
Bilingual (French and English), written and spoken.
-
Retail and/or sales experience is an asset.
-
Experience with e-commerce customer service is an asset.
