Our hospitality company operates a collection of bars and restaurants in Calgary, offering elevated dining, drinking, and entertainment experiences. We are seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager (AGM) to join our team and help oversee the day-to-day operations of our flagship location.
As the AGM, you will be a key member of our leadership team, responsible for supporting the General Manager in ensuring exceptional customer service and a seamless guest experience. Your primary duties will include managing our front-of-house staff, overseeing scheduling and budgets, handling customer inquiries and concerns, and collaborating with the culinary and beverage teams to maintain the highest standards.
To be successful in this role, you must have several years of experience in a similar hospitality management position, with a proven track record of effective operations leadership. Strong communication, problem-solving, and team-building skills are essential, as you will be responsible for motivating and developing our front-of-house team.
