Assistant General Manager – Front of House
Location: Calgary, AB

As the Assistant General Manager – Front of House, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations and customer experience of our casual dining locations.
In this position, you will be responsible for managing the restaurant's dining room, service staff, and overall front-of-house operations. Your key duties will include:
– Supervising and scheduling front-of-house employees to ensure efficient, friendly, and attentive customer service
– Monitoring dining room activities, resolving customer issues, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization
– Collaborating with the kitchen team to coordinate the timing and delivery of menu items
– Tracking sales, inventory, and other key performance metrics to drive continuous improvement
– Providing coaching, training, and development opportunities for the service staff
To thrive in this role, you should have previous experience in a restaurant management or supervisory capacity, along with a passion for creating exceptional dining experiences. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are a must. A background in the food and beverage industry is preferred, but we're also interested in hearing from candidates with transferable skills in customer service, hospitality, or retail management.
