AM Outbound (Sales) Manager
Job Summary
The Account Management Sales Manager owns revenue growth and client retention by leading a high-performing AM sales team and managing a portfolio of key accounts. This role develops and executes market strategies, reactivates dormant clients, converts qualified leads to new business, and strengthens existing relationships. The AM Sales Manager partners cross-functionally to align plans with company goals and ensures pipeline, forecasting, and performance management.
Compensation: 85k-100k (negotiable) + bonuses
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales/account managers to meet quarterly and annual revenue, retention, and margin targets.
- Build and execute the sales plan: coverage, segmentation, quotas, and target setting aligned to company objectives.
- Reactivate clients and drive expansion within existing accounts; convert leads/opportunities into net-new revenue.
- Manage a personal portfolio of key clients to ensure long-term partnerships, satisfaction, and upsell/cross-sell growth.
- Maintain rigorous pipeline hygiene (status, close dates, probability, revenue) and deliver accurate forecasts and performance reports.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (AM Leadership, Marketing, Product, Operations, others) to tailor solutions and offers to client needs.
- Use market and client insights to shape the sales plans; provide continuous feedback to leadership.
- Ensure team compliance with sales standards, CRM standards, and business development projection benchmarks.
Additional Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate new market opportunities, partners, and channels within the iGaming industry.
- Plan and assign sales training, coaching, and performance interventions based on skills gaps and KPI results.
- Support workforce planning and the full staffing cycle for the AM sales team (requisitions, selection, onboarding).
- Represent the company at meetings, events, and industry forums to expand network and brand presence.
- Undertake additional tasks as required to meet business objectives.
Key Skills and Requirements
- Experience: 5+ years progressive sales/business development experience in the iGaming industry, including consistent quota attainment and revenue growth.
- Market Expertise: Demonstrated success; established network within iGaming industry is strongly preferred.
- Communication: Fluent English; excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Leadership: Experience leading/coaching sales teams with clear goal setting, feedback, and performance management.
- Judgment & Ownership: Able to work independently, prioritize effectively, and make sound decisions with material business impact.
- Operational Discipline: Strong organizational/time-management skills; thrives under pressure and meets deadlines with accuracy.
- Tools: Proficient with CRM, pipeline/forecasting, and sales analytics/reporting tools.
