442A Electrician – Mississauga ON (Continental Nights – 7:00 PM To 7:00 AM)

Pay Rate: $40–$45 per hour + $1/hour shift premium

Position Overview

We are currently seeking a licensed 442A Industrial Electrician to join our growing manufacturing client in Mississauga. This is a full-time opportunity for an experienced professional with a strong background in manufacturing and automation environments.

As the next Electrician, you’ll be at the forefront of maintaining and repairing plant equipment and utilities, ensuring production efficiency and compliance with safety standards. Your expertise in industrial electrical systems and troubleshooting automation equipment will be crucial in supporting our operations team.

Must hold a valid Ontario 442A Industrial Electrician license. 309A candidates will not be considered.

Rotating Shift Schedule:

· Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday

· Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday

Shift premium: $1.00 per hour

· Comply with all company safety policies and procedures

· Perform preventative maintenance, installations, troubleshooting, and machine improvements

· Provide technical support for processes, products, and equipment

· Ensure smooth communication and proper hand-offs between shifts

· Participate in team meetings to resolve operational and safety issues

· Assist in training and development of new team members

· Participate in 5S activities

· Perform other duties as assigned

· Valid Ontario Trade Certificate – 442A Industrial Electrician (required)

· Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing facility

· Strong troubleshooting experience with:

o PLCs

o Speed controls

o CNC controls

o Automation equipment

· Solid understanding of preventative maintenance systems

· Reliable, mature individual with strong teamwork and communication skills
