Permanent Position
Responsibilities: 310T Truck and Coach Technician – Field Service
  • Responsible for vehicle acceptance and in-field service support for bus deliveries to customers.
  • Assist with warranty cases, perform retrofit work, deliver technical training, and maintain ongoing communication with customers.
  • Support experienced technicians in diagnosing, inspecting, repairing, and maintaining buses.
  • Carry out retrofit installations and assist suppliers in resolving technical issues.
  • Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to identify and troubleshoot mechanical problems.
  • Adhere to all safety procedures and regulatory requirements to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance knowledge and skills in heavy-duty vehicle maintenance.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all repairs, inspections, and maintenance activities.
  • Provide daily updates on assignment status and maintain tracking documents.
  • Ensure all repair activities are recorded and closed in the Service Cloud.
  • Learn and use relevant software tools to complete daily tasks.
Skills and Qualifications: 310T Truck and Coach Technician – Field Service
  • Diploma and valid 310T License.
  • Strong interest in heavy-duty vehicle maintenance and a desire to develop professionally in the field.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong attention to detail.
  • Team-oriented with the ability to follow instructions effectively.
  • Familiarity with tools and equipment used in vehicle maintenance.
  • Physical ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual tasks.
  • Previous experience in the automotive or transportation industry is preferred but not required.
Required Experience: 310T Truck and Coach Technician – Field Service
  • Previous experience in a similar field service role, ideally in the transit industry.
