  • Ensure expert completion of all tasks meeting quality standards
  • Effective communication for streamlined workflow across shifts
  • Stay current with workplace safety and environmental regulations, implementing health and safety policies
  • Maintain and service equipment according to dealership and manufacturer standards
  • Interview and document vehicle complaints from drop-off drivers
  • Provide technical service to vehicles and equipment
  • Craft job orders and observe/analyze vehicle operations to resolve malfunctions
  • Test-drive vehicles post-service for optimal performance
  • Tag warranty parts and facilitate returns to the Warranty Clerk
  • Stay updated on training and factory technical bulletins
  • Foster positive customer relationships to enhance overall satisfaction
  • Class 1 or 3 license is considered an asset
  • 3-5 years of mechanic or heavy truck experience (Red Seal preferred but not required)
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, math, and writing skills
  • Ability to prioritize work in a dynamic environment
  • Management or customer service experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
