From day one, our mission was clear

In 2006, Fuze HR Solutions was born in Montreal, Quebec. With just four people doing headhunting, we set out to do what others thought was impossible: build a staffing agency entirely on relationships. No job boards. No shortcuts. Just conversations, trust, and dedication.

By our third month, our team had grown to five, and we were already making a mark in logistics and office/professional staffing. From day one, our mission was clear: connect the right people with the right opportunities.

After two years of early success, we hit our first major challenge: the 2009 Great Recession. Many agencies were closing their doors, but we thrived through this period.

With a dozen employees, we shifted our focus from growth to stability, proving that resilience, hard work, and a commitment to our clients and candidates would carry us through even the toughest times.

Choosing to Grow Smarter

By 2012, the job market was strong again, and Fuze HR returned to growth mode. Two strategic moves changed our trajectory forever.

These decisions sparked years of continued growth, including two consecutive years of over 100% growth. Our journey was proof that thoughtful strategy and adaptability can turn challenges into opportunities.

Launching our Temp Warehousing division, now known as Fuze Industrial

When trust is built...

With experience in industrial staffing under our belt, we began partnering with major logistics and warehouse programs in 2014.

Serving large-scale clients showed us the impact we could have, not just on businesses, but on the careers and lives of the people we placed.

When the World Stopped, We Adapted

In 2020, the COVID-19 pandemic presented our second major challenge. Within the first month, 50% of our clients stopped hiring. Two months later, we were back to 75%. By the third month, revenues had fully recovered. Beyond that, we experienced two record-breaking years, fueled by the surge in online shopping and distribution.

This period reinforced a simple truth: with the right people, adaptability, and focus, there’s no obstacle we can’t overcome.

From Local to North American

Today, Fuze HR is proud to serve clients and candidates across North America, delivering the same commitment to excellence we started with 20 years ago.

Recognized by the Industry for 2 years

In 2023, Fuze HR was named the 25th largest staffing agency in Canada by the Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA) for two years in a row. Recognition like this reminds us of the impact we’ve made—and motivates us to do even more for the next 20 years.
