We’re hiring an experienced 310T Truck & Coach Technician for a day shift position in Vaughan supporting a busy fleet maintenance operation.

This is a hands-on, high-skill role working on a mix of fleet vehicles where quality diagnostics and efficiency matter. You’ll be part of a stable shop environment with strong workflow and steady volume.

If you’re a seasoned 310T who can diagnose quickly, work independently, and take pride in doing things right the first time—this is built for you.

What You’ll Be Doing
Perform diagnostics, repairs, and preventative maintenance on fleet vehicles
Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems
Complete MTO safety inspections and compliance-related work
Work through assigned repair orders efficiently and accurately
Support overall shop productivity and vehicle uptime
Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and documentation

What You Bring
310T Truck & Coach Technician License (required)
6+ years of hands-on experience in heavy-duty or fleet maintenance
Strong diagnostic ability (electrical, diesel, hydraulic systems)
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Experience in fleet, transit, dealership, or heavy equipment environments
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
