310T Truck & Coach Technician – Newmarket, ON
Day Shift | $45/hour + $3,000 Signing Bonus

We are hiring a 310T Truck & Coach Technician for a day shift position in Newmarket supporting a stable fleet maintenance operation.
This is a hands-on, steady-role environment where your diagnostic skills and experience directly impact fleet reliability and uptime. You’ll be working with a consistent workflow and a team that values quality workmanship and safety.

What You’ll Be Doing
Perform diagnostics, repairs, and preventative maintenance on fleet vehicles
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
Complete MTO safety inspections and compliance work
Accurately complete repair orders and service documentation
Support fleet uptime through efficient, quality repairs
Maintain high standards of safety and workmanship

What You Bring
310T Truck & Coach Technician License (required)
Strong hands-on experience in fleet, heavy-duty, or commercial repair environments
Confident diagnostic ability (diesel, electrical, hydraulic systems)
Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
3+ years minimum experience preferred (or equivalent strong background)
