We are currently seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead a dealership service department in Burlington. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for rebuilding and strengthening service operations, improving customer satisfaction, and driving departmental profitability.
  • Location: Burlington, ON
  • Position Type: Full-time, Permanent
  • Start Date: ASAP (urgent hire)
  • Team Size: ~4–6 direct/indirect reports
  • Structure: 25% office / 75% floor & customer-facing
Key Responsibilities: Service Manager – Medium / Heavy-Duty Truck Dealership (Burlington, ON)
  • Lead daily service department operations and workflow
  • Manage technicians, service advisors, and apprentices
  • Drive customer satisfaction and service growth
  • Oversee KPIs, budgets, and departmental performance
  • Implement process improvements and operational structure
  • Support warranty, billing, and service profitability
  • Provide hands-on leadership and team development
  • Ensure compliance with safety and dealership standards
Candidate Requirements: Service Manager – Medium / Heavy-Duty Truck Dealership (Burlington, ON)
  • Valid 310T Truck & Coach License or 310S Automotive License (Required)
  • Valid G Driver’s License (Required)
  • 3–7+ years experience in truck dealership/service environment
  • Strong leadership experience managing small to mid-sized teams
  • Solid understanding of dealership operations, KPIs, and customer service
  • Budgeting and operational management experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and dealership systems (CDK or similar)
  • Strong communication and customer-facing leadership ability
  • English fluency required

Compensation & Benefits:
Service Manager – Medium / Heavy-Duty Truck Dealership (Burlington, ON)
  • Salary: $85,000 – $125,000/year
