About the Role
Fuze HR Solutions is seeking experienced Licensed Heavy-Duty Truck Technicians (310T) to join a growing and professional fleet maintenance environment across multiple Ontario locations. Technicians will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining medium and heavy-duty trucks and tractor-trailers in a safety-focused and efficiency-driven setting.
Fuze HR Solutions is seeking experienced Licensed Heavy-Duty Truck Technicians (310T) to join a growing and professional fleet maintenance environment across multiple Ontario locations. Technicians will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining medium and heavy-duty trucks and tractor-trailers in a safety-focused and efficiency-driven setting.
Note: Apprentices who have completed required in-school and on-the-job hours and are preparing for or have written the 310T certification exam are also encouraged to apply.
What You’ll Do
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain medium and heavy-duty trucks and tractor-trailers
- Perform preventative maintenance inspections and safety compliance checks
- Use computerized diagnostic tools and software to identify and resolve mechanical and electrical issues
- Complete accurate service documentation within fleet management systems
- Ensure all work meets safety standards and regulatory requirements
- Support efficient fleet operations through timely and quality repairs
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 3 years experience as a licensed Heavy-Duty Truck Technician (310T) or equivalent heavy truck/tractor-trailer experience
- Valid 310T Truck and Coach Technician license
- Valid G Class driver’s license
- Own set of professional tools
- 2–3 years experience with computerized diagnostic equipment and software
- Experience with fleet management systems
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Apprentices who have completed required hours and are writing or have written their 310T certification exam are welcome to apply
