Food & Beverage Manager

Job Summary:
As the Food & Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the food and beverage operations at our luxury resort. You will manage a team of front-of-house staff, including servers, bartenders, and hosts, to ensure exceptional customer service and a seamless dining experience for our guests. Additionally, you will be responsible for menu development, inventory management, and budget oversight to maintain the high standards of our resort.
Key Responsibilities:
– Manage three restaurants in the resort- Manage and lead a team of front-of-house staff, including servers, bartenders, and hosts
– Develop and implement strategies to enhance the guest dining experience
– Oversee menu development, pricing, and inventory management
– Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and licensing regulations
– Manage the food and beverage budget and analyze financial data to optimize profitability
– Foster a positive and collaborative work environment for the food and beverage team
– Continuously seek opportunities to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
– Minimum 5 years of experience in a food and beverage management role, preferably in a luxury resort or hospitality setting
– Strong leadership and team management skills
– Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
– Proficient in financial management and budget oversight
– Thorough understanding of food and beverage trends, menu design, and inventory management
– Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field preferred
– Certified Sommelier or Mixologist certification a plus
Working Conditions:
This is a full-time, salaried position that requires a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. The role may also involve occasional travel to industry events or conferences. The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
