We are currently seeking experienced Press Operators to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience operating multi-process manufacturing equipment and takes pride in quality, accuracy, and teamwork.
We are currently seeking experienced Press Operators to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience operating multi-process manufacturing equipment and takes pride in quality, accuracy, and teamwork.
Schedule
- Monthly rotation, hours are 7am-7pm and 7pm-7am.
Salary
- $18-$20 an hour
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor multi-process manufacturing machinery
- Set up, adjust, and run press equipment to meet production requirements
- Perform quality checks to ensure product specifications are met
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
Requirements
- Experience operating multi-process manufacturing machinery
- Hands-on experience with equipment such as Windmoller & Holscher (W&H), Press, Miraflex, Uteco, Heidelberg, and Gravure
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Basic math skills and ability to read a measuring tape
- Good English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Good manual dexterity
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
Work Environment
- Manufacturing / production setting
- Standing, bending, and repetitive tasks required
