Schedule: Day Shift (Monday to Friday)

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Millwright (433A) for a full-time, permanent opportunity in a dynamic manufacturing environment. This role offers a stable day shift schedule, competitive pay, and opportunities for professional growth within a supportive team.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial machinery and production equipment.

Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electromechanical systems.

Install, align, and maintain production machinery to ensure optimal operation.

Support equipment reliability and minimize downtime through proactive maintenance.

Work collaboratively with maintenance and production teams to achieve operational goals.

Follow all workplace health and safety procedures and company policies.

Qualifications:

Valid Ontario Industrial Mechanic (Millwright) Certificate of Qualification (433A) – required.

Previous experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance.

Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills and understanding of electromechanical systems.

Ability to work overtime when required.

Commitment to workplace safety, teamwork, and quality.

Compensation & Benefits:

Hourly wage: $42.00–$44.00, based on experience.

Eligibility for overtime pay according to employment standards.

Signing bonus for qualified candidates.

Annual tool allowance.

Schedule:

Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM, Monday to Friday

No rotating shifts

Occasional overtime may be required, including weekdays and some Saturdays
