Machine Operator
Location: Mississauga, ON
Start Date: March 2, 2026
Pay: $23.64 per hour About the Role
We are hiring Seasonal Machine Operators to support peak production demand in a fast-paced food/beverage manufacturing environment.
Shift Schedule (Rotating Every 2 Weeks, Monday–Friday)
- Day: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Afternoon: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- Night: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Overtime available as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production machinery (e.g., filler, labeller, palletizer, depalletizer, etc.)
- Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and production schedules
- Perform line checks for packaging defects, labeling issues, fill levels, and product quality
- Conduct efficient and accurate changeovers
- Record production data, downtime, and quality documentation
- Maintain clean and safe work areas
- Follow all Health & Safety, GMP, HACCP, and PPE requirements
- Work collaboratively with Production, QA, and Maintenance teams
Must-Have Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of machine operator experience in food or beverage manufacturing
- Comfortable working rotating shifts
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Able to stand for full 8-hour shifts
- Comfortable working in environments with changing temperatures
- Available for overtime when required
- Clear criminal background check
