About the Role
We are seeking an Associate Master Data Specialist to join a dynamic and operationally focused team. This role plays a key part in maintaining and supporting high-quality master data across SAP and related systems, ensuring smooth execution of supply chain and procurement activities in a global environment.
The position is hands-on and execution-driven, ideal for someone who can quickly step in and manage material master data with minimal ramp-up time. This is not a senior or strategic role, but rather a strong operational position with clear responsibilities and structure.
Key Responsibilities
  • Perform end-to-end maintenance of material master data, primarily within SAP and supporting systems (approximately 80% SAP-focused).
  • Support procurement and supply chain operations through accurate and timely data updates.
  • Execute daily operational master data activities with a strong focus on quality and compliance.
  • Coordinate data-related tasks and follow-ups with internal stakeholders (approximately 25% coordination).
  • Support project-related activities, including data preparation, validation, and sign-offs for data migration initiatives.
  • Track outstanding actions and proactively follow up with stakeholders to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Maintain documentation and support continuous data quality improvements.
  • Contribute to a structured, process-driven environment with clear operational goals.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree, diploma, or other specialized education (field of study flexible).
  • 3–5 years of experience in master data, supply chain operations, or related fields.
  • Strong hands-on experience with material master data in SAP.
  • Experience within the pharmaceutical industry is a strong asset.
  • Background in supply chain, procurement, manufacturing, or logistics environments.
  • Comfortable working in a global setting with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong communication, time management, and follow-up skills.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
Note: Candidates with 7–10+ years of experience may be considered overqualified for this role.
What Success Looks Like
  • Clear and professional communication with internal partners.
  • Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Proactive approach to follow-ups and issue resolution.
  • Consistently high data accuracy and operational reliability.
