Work Schedule:
• Monday to Friday
• Day shift (7:45 am to 4:30 pm)
• Flexibility to work weekends when required

Key Responsibilities:
• Set up and start up machines using scientific and standardized practices
• Inspect dies for correct setup and verify materials prior to press start
• Perform troubleshooting and identify true root causes of production issues
• Follow standardized work instructions to ensure consistent quality output
• Conduct visual inspections of assemblies and sub-assemblies at each stage
• Perform frequent die changeovers according to product specifications
• Focus on improving quality, cycle time, machine performance, and scrap reduction
• Reduce downtime through proactive monitoring and maintenance
• Arrange and assemble parts related to conveyor belt systems for various clients
• Participate in Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives
• Implement and maintain 5S standards and ensure cleanliness of machines and work areas
• Work efficiently in a high-pressure, continuous workflow environment
