Overview:
We are looking for a professional, friendly, and highly organized Front Office Receptionist to join our client’s team in Concord, Ontario. This is a temporary-to-permanent opportunity, perfect for a motivated individual eager to grow their career in a dynamic and supportive workplace.
The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of experience in front desk or administrative roles, strong communication skills, and a welcoming presence to represent the company at the front office.
Primary Responsibilities:

Welcome clients, visitors, and employees in a courteous and professional manner

Answer and route incoming phone calls efficiently

Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries

Keep the reception area neat and organized

Assist with scheduling meetings and appointments

Support other departments with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and photocopying

Monitor office supply levels and reorder as needed

Ensure a positive first impression of the company for all visitors
Qualifications:

1–3 years’ experience in receptionist, administrative assistant, or customer service roles

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Approachable, professional, and friendly demeanor

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel)

Excellent organizational and time management abilities

Able to multitask and stay composed under pressure

Maintains discretion and professionalism at all times
