What are the Responsibilities?
- Service Management:
- Be the go-to contact for client requests, project changes, etc., ensuring excellent service delivery and timely follow-up.
- Troubleshoot basic issues and escalate complex problems to senior staff.
- Maintain accurate service logs and inventory records.
- Project Coordination:
- Support Project Managers with scheduling, logistics, and resource planning.
- Track budgets, timelines, and milestones to keep projects on target.
- Prepare reports, change orders, and client updates.
- Vendor & Supplier Management:
- Coordinate with procurement and vendors to ensure timely delivery of equipment and materials.
- Resolve delays and escalate issues when needed.
- Documentation & Reporting:
- Keep project and service documentation accurate and up-to-date.
- Prepare internal and client-facing reports for billing and progress tracking.
What are the Requirements?
- 2–3 years of experience in AV services or project coordination; we will consider candidates from outside the AV space, but they must present relevant exposure in a similar
- Familiarity with ITIL, PMI, and AVIXA best practices.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency with project management and service platforms.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license and flexibility for occasional travel.
- Proactive problem-solver who anticipates challenges.
- Exceptional multitasker with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build trust with clients and team members.
- Adaptable and calm under pressure.
- Bonus Points: ITIL 4 Foundation or AVIXA CTS certification – you’ll grow faster with one of these!
