About the Role
Fuze HR is currently hiring Production Workers to join our team in Oakville, ON. We’re seeking reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented individuals—Spanish-speaking candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
This role involves assisting with palletizing and general production duties to support daily warehouse operations. You’ll work in a clean, organized, and safety-conscious environment where teamwork and precision are key.
Key Responsibilities
- Palletizing: Organize and stack products onto pallets following specific guidelines to ensure stability and safety during transport.
- Quality Control: Inspect items for damage or defects and report any issues to your supervisor.
- Safety Compliance: Follow all safety policies and wear CSA-approved steel-toe safety shoes and a high-visibility vest at all times.
- Product Identification: Label and tag pallets accurately with product codes, quantities, and destinations.
- Inventory Support: Help track and record product quantities and palletized materials.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members and supervisors to maintain efficient production flow.
- Equipment Care: Assist in cleaning and maintaining equipment as required.
Requirements
- Experience: Previous warehouse or production experience is an asset, but we’re happy to train motivated individuals.
- Language: Spanish-speaking candidates are preferred.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Safety Gear: Must have CSA-approved steel-toe safety shoes and a high-visibility vest.
- Reliability: Consistent attendance and punctuality are essential.
- Work Ethic: Positive attitude, attention to detail, and teamwork skills are a must.
