Our client, a leading B2B manufacturer recognized for delivering high-quality products and exceptional customer service, is seeking an experienced Sales Operations Manager to join their growing team.

In this role, you’ll lead the Customer Service and Sales Operations function, ensuring processes, systems, and people are aligned to deliver a world-class customer experience. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for someone who thrives on operational excellence, team development, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, coach, and develop the Customer Service team to deliver top-tier client satisfaction.
  • Define and monitor KPIs, providing actionable insights and performance improvements.
  • Optimize CRM and ERP systems (Salesforce, Epicor, AutoQuotes) for efficiency and accuracy.
  • Develop and streamline sales and customer service processes to enhance productivity.
  • Partner with internal departments to align customer service and sales operations with business goals.

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in sales operations or customer service leadership in a B2B or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong experience with CRM and ERP systems (Salesforce, Epicor, AutoQuotes preferred).
  • Proven ability to manage KPIs and improve operational performance.
  • Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Process-driven with a focus on customer experience and continuous improvement.
