Warehouse Worker
$20/hour | Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Location: Pointe-Claire, QC
Are you someone who takes pride in teamwork, stays organized, and doesn’t mind rolling up your sleeves? We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Warehouse Worker to join our supportive, all-hands-on-deck team. Officially called a Records Facility Representative (RFR), this role plays a key part in keeping our operations running smoothly.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Pick & Pack: Prepare items for outbound shipping with accuracy and care.
- Inbound Processing: Receive and organize incoming materials.
- Create Work Orders & Bills of Lading: Handle the necessary documentation for shipments.
- Inventory Counts: Keep inventory accurate and up-to-date.
- Customer Communication: Respond to customer emails and phone calls with professionalism and clarity.
- Warehouse Presentation: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
What You Bring:
- Strong English communication skills (spoken and written); French is a bonus!
- Experience using Excel for tracking and documentation.
- Comfortable lifting 40 lbs repeatedly.
- Shipping software experience is a definite asset.
- Team-first attitude – you’re the kind of person who pitches in without being asked.
- You’re dependable, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Steel-toe boots required (we provide a voucher).
