About the Role
Fuze HR is seeking experienced MHE Operators to join our client’s state-of-the-art distribution center in Mississauga. This facility supports a global retail brand and offers a clean, professional, and safety-driven work environment.
Successful candidates will have at least 2 years of recent experience operating multiple forklifts and be fully certified to work with heights.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate Reach Trucks, Order Pickers, Counterbalance, and Double Deep Walkies (Heli brand forklifts)
- Perform accurate picking, put-away, and replenishment tasks
- Work with RF scanners to update inventory and track orders
- Handle materials safely at varying heights (Working at Heights certification required)
- Maintain a clean and organized work area while following all health and safety guidelines
Requirements
✅ Minimum 2 years of recent MHE operating experience (Reach, Order Picker, Counterbalance, Double Deep Walkie – Heli brand)
✅ Valid forklift licenses and Working at Heights certification

✅ Previous experience in a warehouse/distribution environment
✅ Strong attention to detail with ability to meet productivity targets
✅ Physically able to stand, walk, and lift throughout the shift
✅ Reliable and safety-conscious with strong work ethic
