Job Title: Account Manager
Location: Montreal, QC (fully onsite)
Overview
A leading manufacturing company in the electronics sector is seeking a bilingual Account Manager to oversee customer programs from initial onboarding through to final delivery and post-sales support.
This position offers the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams and play a key role in driving customer satisfaction across highly technical, high-value projects.
Key Responsibilities

Ensure seamless transition of projects from business development to program management

Plan and manage production schedules and deliveries to meet customer needs

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries and maintaining strong relationships

Work closely with internal teams (engineering, procurement, production, and logistics) to monitor project timelines and resolve issues

Analyze customer forecasts and align with planning/procurement to ensure timely materials delivery

Maintain accurate data in ERP systems

Provide support to external sales reps, agents, and vendors

Occasionally travel to client sites within Quebec, Ontario, Maritimes, and Eastern US
Requirements

Fully bilingual in English and French (spoken and written)

Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills

Experience working with ERP systems

Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Comfortable collaborating with various departments
Preferred Experience

Experience in a manufacturing environment

Background in sectors such as aerospace, telecom, defense, automotive, medical, or industrial equipment is a strong asset

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project tracking tools
