About the Role We're seeking a highly organized, resourceful, and proactive Executive Assistant to be an integral part of our executive leadership support team. This critical position is all about ensuring the seamless execution of executive-level activities through top-tier administrative and logistical assistance. We're looking for someone who excels at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, always demonstrating the highest level of discretion and professionalism. This is a 3-month contract opportunity with the potential for extension, offering the flexibility of a hybrid work model.

What You'll Do
  • Empower Executive Operations
    • Master executive calendars, expertly scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel.
    • Craft and refine reports, presentations, and internal documents.
    • Prepare and manage professional correspondence, from emails to memos.
    • Handle sensitive and confidential information with absolute discretion.
    • Serve as the key point of contact between executives and various stakeholders.
  • Facilitate Meetings & Events
    • Orchestrate successful meetings: developing agendas, capturing minutes, and ensuring follow-through on action items.
    • Lend support to the planning and logistics for a variety of events, including conferences, executive retreats, and corporate gatherings.
Who You Are
  • You have a proven track record as an Executive Assistant or in a similar senior administrative support capacity.
  • Your organizational and time-management skills are exceptional.
  • You're adept at drafting, writing, and reviewing documents with precision.
  • You possess strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and French.
  • You're proficient with Microsoft 365 Suite and other standard office software.
  • You thrive both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
