Inspection & Repack

Position: Quality Control & Repackaging Pay Rate: $21/hour Schedule: Day Shift

Are you someone who takes pride in precision and thrives in a physically active, hands-on role? We're seeking a dependable and detail-oriented technician to join a fast-paced environment where quality and safety come first.

What You’ll Do:

· Carefully inspect large consumer goods for physical damage or functional defects

· Repackage approved items using appropriate materials such as cartons or protective wrap

· Log and isolate any products that do not meet inspection standards

· Support return processes, including evaluations and documentation

· Operate forklifts and clamp trucks to move, organize, and stage inventory

· Assist occasionally with rearranging furniture, displays, and seasonal site maintenance (e.g., clearing snow and salting walkways)

· Complete other operational or facility-related tasks as needed

Who You Are:

· Known for your sharp eye and ability to stay focused during repetitive tasks

· Comfortable working in a changing environment with evolving daily priorities

· Experienced in hands-on quality checks or product handling (repackaging experience is a plus)

· Licensed forklift operator with at least 6 months of experience; clamp attachment experience is an asset

· Physically fit — able to lift, bend, twist, push, pull, crouch, and stand for extended periods

· Confident in using hand and power tools such as drills, heat guns, and hammers

· Clear communicator in English (both spoken and written) to ensure alignment with safety and quality procedures

· Self-motivated and able to work well independently or in collaboration with a small team

· Punctual and consistent in attendance — reliable transportation is essential
