Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team
  • Prepare period-end financial statements, management reports, working paper files, and ad hoc reporting
  • Drive continuous process improvements
  • Participate in various projects to support the accounting and finance team
  • Coordinate audit tasks with external auditors for both interim and year-end processes

Requirements:

  • Professional accounting designation preferred
  • University degree in accounting or finance
  • 5+ years of experience in a management role
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Valid passport for travel outside of Canada (as needed)
