Role: Customer Service Coordinator
Location: Montreal
We are looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to be part of our Customer service team. The CSC will be responsible for ensuring that Customer Service Team remains customer focused, and that customer product supply is secured through direct involvement with the planning department.
Key Accountabilities:
• Oversee customer service activities and support team members.
• Handle more complex issues directly with various internal departments; planning, quality control.
• Review order changes and impacts on supply plans.
• Work with Logistics Coordinator to secure and promote elevated delivery standards.
• Communicate with customers on a regular basis; build relationships.
• Distribution of documents as required.
• Generate reports.
• Other related tasks.
Job Requirements:
• One (1) to two (2) years of experience in the field
• Customer service experience
• Able to work in a fast-paced and high-volume environment.
• Detail-oriented.
• Planning and organization skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good computer skills, particularly with Excel.
• Experience in manufacturing industry (an asset).
