• Repair or replace parts to minimize downtime and maximize output.
• Conduct preventive care to keep things running smoothly.
• Team up with colleagues to tackle maintenance challenges with ease.

What You’ll Bring:

• A valid Millwright license and 3+ years of experience in a fast paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong mechanical skills and a sharp eye for detail.
• The ability to work solo or collaborate with a supportive team.
• Clear communication skills to keep everyone in sync.
