Pay Rate: $40-$52/ hour depending on experience.

What You’ll Do:

As a 313A Refrigeration and A/C Mechanic, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining and installing HVAC systems that keep our clients comfortable year-round. Your responsibilities will include:

• Installing, repairing, and maintaining refrigeration and air conditioning systems.
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting system issues with precision and efficiency.
• Collaborating with the design and installation teams to deliver tailored HVAC solutions.
• Ensuring all work complies with safety and environmental standards.
• Providing excellent customer service and representing the company with professionalism.

What You Bring to the Table:

• 313A Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Systems Mechanic Certification (mandatory).
• G2 Gas Technician License (preferred but not required).
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in HVAC installation, repair, and maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of refrigeration and air conditioning systems, including troubleshooting and diagnostics.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
