Our client is a very prestigious Land Development & Engineering Consultancy Firm in the Vaughan area. We are conducting a search for a Development Coordinator to assist with obtaining land Entitlements

You will be responsible for assisting the high performing development and planning team across their portfolio of exciting development projects.

If you already have a solid basis of experience coordinating planning and development projects in Toronto then this could be the perfect position for you.

Responsibilities & Duties

• Assist Project Managers on residential subdivision developments from preliminary design through construction and assumption
• Conceptual, preliminary, and detailed engineering design for various Land Development projects
• Coordinate with and utilize technical resources within the land development group as projects demand
• Preparation and review of Engineering drawings sets, technical memos, reports, construction plans and specifications

Minimum Qualifications

• 2+ years minimum industry experience
• Undergraduate Degree in Urban Planning directly related field from a recognized university
• Experience with engineering design of residential subdivision and site plan land developments projects
• Experienced with standard analysis programs, Microsoft office programs, and other associated programs is desired
