Retail Sales Associate
Location: Bradford, Ontario | Type: Full-time / Part-time | Reports to: Store Manager

What You'll Do:
Deliver Exceptional Customer Experiences
- Greet every customer with a smile and offer knowledgeable, personalized service
- Assist shoppers with product selections, promotions, and general inquiries
- Handle returns and exchanges professionally, ensuring every customer leaves satisfied
Process Transactions Smoothly
- Accurately handle cash, credit, and store card transactions
- Follow proper procedures for returns, exchanges, and refunds
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked checkout area
Stay Sharp & In-the-Know
- Keep up with current promotions, product launches, and brand events
- Learn about new products through vendor tags, training sessions, and in-store materials
- Share your product knowledge confidently to help customers make informed choices
Keep the Store Looking Its Best
- Assist with merchandising, stocking, and organizing displays
- Help ensure the store is clean, safe, and visually appealing at all times
- Support with inventory checks, restocking, and pricing
What You Bring to the Team:
- A passion for customer service and making people feel welcome
- Basic sales and retail knowledge (we'll train you if you're new!)
- Confidence handling money and operating a POS system
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts—including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and during peak holiday seasons
- Physical ability to be on your feet for long periods, occasionally stoop, climb ladders, or lift merchandise
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Previous retail or sales experience
- A high school diploma or equivalent (college degree is a plus!)
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment
