What are the Responsibilities?

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on production equipment
• Assist with building and enhancing the preventative maintenance program
• Troubleshoot complex mechanical issues, including involvement with PLCs
• Read and interpret technical drawings, sketches, and part plans
• Install, relocate, and modify machinery as operational needs evolve
• Maintain strict adherence to safety and compliance standards
• Keep detailed maintenance records using the CMMS system
• Proactively develop your skills with ongoing training opportunities

• Red Seal Millwright ideal, but we will also consider individuals presenting Tool & Die Maker, Machine Tool Builder, or Industrial Mechanic qualifications if they present strong, relevant mechanical maintenance experience.
• 5+ years of post qualification experience ideal, candidates presenting less experience, but strong technical skills, are also encouraged to apply.
• Strong understanding of mechanics, machining (lathe & mill), basic welding (ARC, TIG, MIG), and basic knowledge of electrical systems
• Ability to troubleshoot effectively and work under pressure
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask
• PLC familiarity (Siemens S5/S7, Allen Bradley SLC 500, MicroLogix, etc.)
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and CMMS platforms

Bonus Points for:
• Manufacturing environment experience
• Exposure to Lean manufacturing and 5S methodologies

Two fixed schedule options (no rotation):
• Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Monday–Friday | 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM (with $1.50/hr shift premium)
