Wage: $39.02/hour + $2.75/hour night shift premium
Schedule:

Night Shift: Wednesday – Friday

7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Key Responsibilities: Millwright / Mechanic (Night Shift)

Repair, modify, and replace machine components to maintain production efficiency

Perform inspections, lubrication, and preventative maintenance
-
Complete equipment changeovers, setups, and adjustments
-
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and schematics
-
Participate in safety meetings and contribute to continuous improvement
-
Assist with installations, major repairs, and equipment start-ups
-
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
-
Respond to off-hours maintenance needs when required

Supervise and coordinate on-site contractors
Qualifications: Millwright / Mechanic (Night Shift)
-
1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
(corrugated, packaging, or printing experience is an asset) -
Interprovincial Red Seal Millwright certification preferred

Welding experience considered an asset
-
Strong understanding of workplace safety practices
-
Excellent troubleshooting and attention-to-detail skills
-
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Must own a basic set of tools
