What We Offer
Wage: $35 – $45/HR
Shift: Standard full-time hours, with potential overtime as required

What You’ll Do
Set up and operate CNC and/or manual machining equipment, including lathes, mills, and grinders
Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications
Machine precision components while maintaining tight tolerances and high-quality standards
Inspect finished parts using micrometers, calipers, gauges, and other precision tools
Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot issues as needed
Monitor production runs and adjust machines for accuracy and efficiency
Collaborate with production and engineering teams to meet project timelines
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with safety standards
What We’re Looking For
5-10 years of machining experience in a manufacturing environment
Experience operating CNC or manual machining equipment
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Strong understanding of machining tolerances and quality standards
Experience using precision measuring instruments
Experience with CNC programming or editing programs
Experience with precision or high-tolerance components
