This is a Warehouse Supervisor position that involves day to day employee management tasks. To be successful, you’ll need to be results-driven and able to manage a team of general labor associates to ensure that daily targets are met.

Schedule: Monday – Friday | 6:30am-3:00 pm

Location: Lachine

Salary: 50,000-55,000$/year

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Supervise warehouse staff (general labor associates), providing hands-on guidance for daily tasks.
  • Evaluate performance, offering coaching where needed to help staff meet daily targets.
  • Identify and address any issues that may affect team performance.
  • Manage time and attendance, resolve employee scheduling conflicts efficiently.
  • Foster team motivation and maintain a positive atmosphere.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and client representatives.
  • Maintain a strong customer-centric approach in all interactions with clients and candidates.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Must be comfortable working onsite Monday-Friday, access to a vehicle is strongly preferred.
  • Bilingual: English/ French (written/spoken). You will need to communicate in both languages with the employees and management.
  • 1+ years warehouse industry experience, leadership experience is a strong asset.
  • Good computer & administrative skills (great data entry & MS Office skills).
  • Team player; collaborative; hands-on and roll up their sleeve to help.
  • Personable, energetic, positive with a “can-do/hands-on” attitude.
