Join a Mission-Driven Organization Making a National Impact
Fuze HR is proud to partner with one of Canada’s most impactful non-profit organizations that is leading the way in environmental sustainability and food security. This organization has built a national network that redistributes surplus, perishable food from across the supply chain to frontline agencies and community partners. Through their tireless work, they prevent millions of pounds of edible food from going to waste, ensuring it ends up where it’s needed most—on plates, not in landfills.
We are currently looking for a Warehouse Operations Coordinator to join their Etobicoke-based team. If you're passionate about reducing food waste and making a difference in the community, this is your opportunity to be part of a high-impact team.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and track inventory across dry, cooler, freezer, and non-food storage areas.
• Stage and rotate product daily to support efficient outbound deliveries.
• Support delivery staff with loading/unloading trucks and preparing detailed Bills of Lading.
• Receive inbound goods, log them accurately, and assist with maintaining real-time inventory records.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-compliant warehouse environment.
• Ensure proper waste sorting and disposal of recycling, garbage, and organic materials.
• Perform safety checks on equipment and report hazards or issues immediately.
• Provide cross-departmental support when warehouse access or resources are needed.
• Set up and assist with volunteer-led food sorts and events.
• Perform other related duties to support smooth warehouse and fleet operations.
What We’re Looking For
• Experience: 3+ year in a warehouse or logistics role. Prior experience with perishable goods is an asset.
• Certification: Valid forklift license and hands-on experience with warehouse equipment.
• Physical Readiness: Able to lift, push, and pull 50+ pounds and perform tasks requiring bending, standing, and reaching.
• Attention to Detail: Strong record-keeping, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Communication: Clear and professional communicator—both verbal and written.
• Team Player: Willing to work collaboratively, jump in when needed, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Why This Role Matters
This isn’t your average warehouse job. You’ll be part of a movement that combines logistics, sustainability, and community outreach. Every box moved and every shipment logged helps put food on tables across the country and keeps edible goods out of landfills.
