What We Offer: 310J or 310T Mechanic
Wage: $34.62/hr (310J), $41.78/hr (310T), based on experience and certifications
Shift: Afternoon shift, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM Monday–Thursday, 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM Friday
Overtime available and paid as applicable
Benefits include standard group insurance, dental, medical, vision, employee assistance program, and annual flexible reimbursement program
RRSP / Pension: Company contributions
PPE provided including boots and glasses
Vacation, sick days, and salary review as per union agreement and policy

What You’ll Do: 310J or 310T Mechanic
Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repair on trucks and fleet vehicles
Work on mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems including air brakes, ABS, suspension, and tailgate assemblies
Use computer diagnostics and basic electrical tools to troubleshoot vehicle systems
Conduct preventative maintenance and repairs in a timely manner
Follow lockout/tagout procedures, safety protocols, and confined space safety under vehicles
Support fleet upgrades, on-site repairs, and call-ins as required
Work both independently and as part of a team

What We’re Looking For: Red Seal 310J or 310T certification
Minimum 2 years of truck or fleet maintenance experience
G-class license or higher
Basic hand tools for truck repair (own tools required)
Experience with electrical diagnostics and basic vehicle wiring
Strong communication skills and team-oriented approach
Ability to work independently and safely under vehicles
Exposure to advanced vehicle systems and diagnostics is an asset
