Le rĂŽle :
Nous cherchons un(e) Technicien(ne) RH spĂ©cialisĂ©(e) en dotation, qui souhaite avoir un impact concret et direct au sein d’un dĂ©partement RH en pleine croissance. Ce poste central vous donnera beaucoup d’autonomie, tout en contribuant activement au succĂšs de l’entreprise en recrutant les meilleurs talents pour notre Ă©quipe manufacturiĂšre et administrative.

Vos responsabilités :
  • GĂ©rer l’ensemble du cycle de recrutement : affichages, tri de CV, entrevues, vĂ©rifications prĂ©-emploi, offres, intĂ©gration.
  • Collaborer Ă©troitement avec les gestionnaires pour bien cerner les besoins en personnel.
  • DĂ©velopper des stratĂ©gies d’attraction de talents et entretenir un rĂ©seau de candidatures.
  • Participer Ă  l’amĂ©lioration continue des processus RH (intĂ©gration, accueil, outils de dotation).
  • Contribuer Ă  divers projets RH en lien avec la croissance de l’entreprise.

Ce que nous recherchons :

  • Excellentes habiletĂ©s interpersonnelles, sens de l’organisation et rigueur.
  • Bilinguisme (français/anglais) requis.
  • PrĂ©sence obligatoire sur site Ă  Saint-Hubert (aucun tĂ©lĂ©travail possible).

The Role:
We are looking for an HR Technician specializing in Recruitment who is eager to make a direct and meaningful impact within a growing HR department. This pivotal role offers a high level of autonomy and the chance to actively contribute to our success by recruiting top talent for both our manufacturing and administrative teams.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle: job postings, resume screening, interviews, reference checks, job offers, and onboarding.
  • Work closely with managers to understand staffing needs and define role requirements.
  • Develop talent attraction strategies and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes (onboarding, welcome initiatives, recruitment tools).
  • Participate in various HR projects tied to the company's growth.
