We are currently hiring for a Supply Chain Analyst position in Kitchener, Ontario. Reporting to the Director of Supply Chain & Logistics, this role will be responsible for assisting with supervising the company’s Inventory Management and forecasting, Supply Chain, Purchasing, Assembly Coordination, and assist with Internal Quality Control of Assembly. The successful candidate will be a Self-motivated, proactive individual, with strong analytical, mathematical skills who has experience with Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP) as well as an ERP system (preferably NetSuite) and accounting experience ( month end reconciliations).
Hours: Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm
Pay rate: $26 – $28/hour
Fully Remote – Maternity leave coverage
Start Date: ASAP – June 2025

Duties and Responsibilities
General Duties
- Assist with training for department on procedures, work instructions and job duties as necessary.
- Assist with managing and approving builds, inventory price and amounts.
- Work closely with Sales and Marketing Communications on forecasting, proper production planning for their demands, request for quotes and issue purchase and work orders.
- Ensure reduction of safety stock holding and reduction of freight cost.
- PDQ Project: Support in developing new displays, collaborating with different stakeholders in the management of new displays, which includes but not limited to negotiations on pricing, datelines and builds, issuing UPCs and purchase orders.
- Analyze production needs, inventory, and production planning/scheduling with monthly updates.
- Assist with managing relationships with assembly plant on issues of production, inventory and quality controls. (Part of Quality Control).
- Work with quality to support product realization process, to identify product issues, support implementation of corrective and preventative actions, and identify opportunities for continual improvement.
- Attend monthly meetings with the warehouse for production planning and monthly updates to establish strong relationships and promote motivation and positive change.
- Responsible for inventory management and forecasting, MRP, supply chain, purchasing, assembly coordination.
- Update internal KPIs monthly.
- Responsible for reconciliations and inventory counts and applicable adjustments in multi-Canadian and U.S.A warehouses.
- Work with Accounting for Material Cost of Goods Sold (MCOGs) reconciliation accounts.
- Approve raw material vendor bills.
- Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and hold them accountable for deliverables.
Qualifications & Experience
- 2- 3 years of relevant job experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or 3-year college diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration.
- Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Strong analytical skillset and inventory experience required.
- Knowledge of general accounting principles, general regulatory standards, and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and data analysis; fluent in NetSuite.
- ISO Internal Auditing Certification an asset.
- Able to effectively manage multiple projects and prioritize work in order to meet deadlines
- Experience and/or comfort working in the menstrual hygiene category/CPG environment.
- Knowledge of the CPG industry and trends.
- Must be detail oriented, accurate and accountable.
- Flexibility and great interpersonal skills enabling effective work in a diverse environment.
- Experience working in remote work an asset alongside a strong understanding of working in an office environment.
